TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

∙       Swallow one pinch of raw rice seeds with water empty stomach for 10 days. Don’t eat any thing for at least 30 minutes. You will be free from all liver disorders.

∙       Warm your hands by friction with each other and touch the affected area/part of your body for 10 seconds. Repeat the process 5-6 times twice daily- this helps removing all acute/chronic diseases.

∙       Swallow 2 Clove buds with water in case of Acidity.

∙       In case of high Cholesterol boil one teaspoon of Cinnamon in one glass of water, add one spoon honey & take it daily empty stomach for one month.

∙       In case of Dry skin take equal quantities of Glycerine, Rose water and Limejuice, apply on face and wash after 30 minutes. Face will glow.

∙       Dandruff is treated with applying curd mixed with one spoon gram flour & mustard oil. Wash hair after 30 minutes.
